Terms of Service

01Scope and Nature of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between PoliSure GmbH («PoliSure», «we») and the insurance company («Company», «you») that registers on and uses polisure.app.

PoliSure provides a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology platform enabling authorized insurance companies to receive quote requests, submit offers, exchange documents, and manage digital contracts.

Important disclaimer

PoliSure GmbH is a technology provider only. We are not an insurer, insurance broker, or insurance intermediary. All insurance products and contractual relationships are exclusively between the registered insurance company and the end-consumer.


02Registration and Onboarding

  1. Complete onboarding: legal company name, country of operation, valid company logo.
  2. Select and pay for a subscription plan via Stripe Checkout.
  3. Obtain approval from PoliSure administrators, who may verify regulatory authorization.

PoliSure reserves the right to reject or revoke registration at its sole discretion, including where the Company does not hold the required regulatory authorization.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Price changes are communicated with 30 days' notice by email. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law.


04Acceptable Use and Regulatory Compliance

  • The Company holds all required licenses and authorizations to offer insurance products in each market where it operates.
  • For operations in Switzerland: compliance with FINMA requirements applicable to its license category.
  • No fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal use of the platform.
  • PoliSure is a technology marketplace and is not supervised by FINMA as a platform operator.

05Intellectual Property

The PoliSure platform — including its software, algorithms, design, and documentation — is owned exclusively by PoliSure GmbH. The Company retains ownership of all data and content it submits to the platform.


06Service Level Agreement

PoliSure targets 99.5% platform availability per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events. In the event of a material SLA breach, the Company's sole remedy is a proportional service credit.


07Limitation of Liability

  • PoliSure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • PoliSure's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

08Data Processing Agreement

A standard DPA template is available upon request at privacy@polisure.app.


09Term and Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice before the end of the current billing period. PoliSure may suspend access immediately in case of breach or non-payment.


10Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.


11Amendments

PoliSure may amend these Terms at any time with at least 30 days' email notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
